Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) and 34(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the Notice of AGM and Annual Report of the Company along with the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report for FY 2025-26, which is being sent in electronic mode to the Members. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members of the Company will remain closed from 9% September 2026 to 15t September 2026 (both dates inclusive) for the purpose of 51t AGM. The Annual Report containing the Notice of AGM is also uploaded on the Company's website www.dynamatics.com. The Board of Directors of the Company, vide meeting dated 19" May 2026, had recommended a dividend of Rs. 5/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each (50%) for approval of shareholders at the 515t AGM.
