Please find enclosed herewith the Notice of the 66th Annual General Meeting and Integrated Annual Report of NBCC (India) Limited for FY 2025-26. The 66th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of NBCC (India) Limited (Company) would be held on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 12.00 noon (IST) through Video Conferencing Mode (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The Notice and the Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26 has been sent in electronic mode to all the Members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent, M/s Alankit Assignments Limited / Depository Participant(s) and is also available on the website of the Company, viz. www.nbccindia.in at the following link: ANNUAL REPORT | NBCC (India) Limited and e-voting agency viz. www.evoting.nsdl.com. The Company is providing a remote e-voting facility to all its members to cast their votes on all resolutions as set out in the Notice of the AGM. Remote e-voting period would commence on Tuesday, September 08, 2026 (9:00 am IST) and end on Thursday, September 10, 2025 (5:00 pm IST). The members, holding shares in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date i.e., Friday, September 04, 2026, shall be entitled to avail the facility of remote e-voting. The e-Voting facility will also be provided during the AGM to those Members attending the AGM through VC/OAVM, who have not cast their vote through remote e-voting and are otherwise not barred from doing so, to enable them to cast their vote on the business transacted at the AGM. The details regarding the manner of registering/updating e-mail address, casting vote through e-voting/remote e-voting, and attending the AGM through VC/OAVM have been detailed in the Notice enclosed herewith.
