Dear Sir, Sub: Combined report on remote e-voting and e-voting conducted at the 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company 1. Appointment as Scrutinizer: The undersigned have been appointed as Scrutinizer for the remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM of the members of the Company held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 2.30 p.m. through Video Conference (“VC”) / Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”). Our responsibility as Scrutinizer was to ensure that the voting process was conducted in a fair and transparent manner and to submit our report on the basis of the electronic data generated from the e-voting system. 2. Convening and holding of AGM: 2.1 The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) vide its circular Nos. 14/2020 dated April 08, 2020, 17/2020 dated April 13, 2020, 20/2020 dated May 05, 2020, 02/2021 dated January 13, 2021, 02/2022 dated May 05, 2022, 10/2022 dated December 28, 2022, 09/2023 dated September 25, 2023 and 09/2024 dated September 19, 2024, and latest amended by General Circular No. 03/2025 dated September 22, 2025 (“MCA Circulars for General Meetings”) and The Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) vide its circulars dated May 12, 2020, January 15, 2021, May 13, 2022, January 5, 2023 , October 7, 2023 and October 3, 2024 (“SEBI Circulars for General Meetings”), permitted the holding of the general meetings through VC / OAVM, without the physical presence of the members at a common venue. 2.2 The management of the Company is responsible to ensure the compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder, MCA Circular for General Meetings, SEBI Circulars for General Meetings and the applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, relating to convening and holding the meeting and voting at AGM on the resolutions contained in the Notice of the AGM dated May 6, 2026. 3. Cut-off Date: The voting rights were reckoned as on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 being the cut- off date for the purpose of deciding the entitlements of members to vote through remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM. 3.1 Voting Process: 3.2 The Company appointed National Securities Depository Limited for providing remote e-voting and e-voting facility at the AGM. Counting of Votes: 4.1 After the conclusion of the AGM, the votes cast through remote e-voting and e- voting at the AGM were unblocked by the undersigned at 3.15 P.M. on August 19, 2026. 4.2 No votes were cast by shareholders holding partly-paid shares under EVEN 140502. 4.3 The votes abstained are not considered in the voting result furnished herein below. 4.4 3634019 votes are rendered invalid for want of authorization and hence are not considered in the voting result. 5.
