We refer to our disclosure dated August 19, 2023, intimating the pendency of material litigations, as required to be disclosed under SEBI Listing Regulations. As an update to the litigation mentioned at Srl # 2 of the above disclosure, relating to appeal filed by the Company before Hon'ble Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (“APTEL”), we would like to inform that the APTEL has allowed the Company’s appeal and set aside the order of Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission’s (“MERC”). APTEL has further directed MERC to issue consequential orders strictly in line with APTEL's earlier judgment and compute Change in Law compensation, based on the operational parameters prescribed therein.
