Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("LODR"), we wish to inform you that the Financlal Results of Astron Paper and Board Mill Limited (Under CIRP) for the quarter ended June 30,2026 could not be finalized within the prescribed timeline which is primarily attributable to the non-completion of the requisite review/audit process by the Statutory Auditors and the non-availability of certain requisite books of account, financial information, records, explanations and supporting documents necessary for completion of the said process. Further, during the course of verification of the books and records and the financial information made available, certain transactions/entries pertaining to periods prior to the finalisation of the relevant accounts have been identified which were not reflected or adequately supported in the records made available to the Statutory Auditors. The nature, accounting treatment and financial impact of such matters are presently under examination and verification as part of the financial reporting and audit process. The availability of requisite books, records, information and assistance from the suspended management has also been affected on account of non-cooperation. ln this regard, an application under Section 19(2) of the lnsolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 has been filed before the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench, seeking appropriate directions in respect of the non-cooperation by the suspended management. The Company, under the supervision and management of the Deemed Resolution Professional, is taking necessary steps to facilitate completion of the requisite process and finalisation of the Financial Results at the earliest practicable opportu n ity.
