Kemp & Company Ltd has announced that the final dividend for the Financial Year 2018-19, which remained unclaimed or unpaid for a consecutive period of seven years, will be mandatorily transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Individual notices have been sent to concerned shareholders on 19th August 2026, and the corresponding shares will be transferred to IEPF Authority if the amount of dividend remains unclaimed or unpaid within thirty days from the expiry of seven years of transfer of dividend to Unclaimed Dividend Account.
