No. Particulars Details A The details of any change in the status The Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh at and / or any development in relation to Amaravati, vide order passed by Hon'ble Justice Sri such proceedings Harinath N. in Writ Petition No. 39920 of 2022, has partly allowed the writ petition filed by Sterlite Technologies Limited against the State of Andhra Pradesh, Kakinada Smart City Corporation Limited and others, in relation to the Contract for Development and Implementation of Smart City Solutions in Kakinada dated June 30, 2017. The Hon'ble Court has directed Respondents, as specified in the above mentioned writ petition, to verify and release the approved and admitted amount of Rs. 5,25,00,000/- (Rupees Five Crore Twenty Five Lakh only) to the Petitioner within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of the order, with no order as to costs. The petitioner has been granted liberty to separately raise its grievance regarding encashment of the bank guarantee amounting to Rs. 3.78 Crores, by invoking the dispute resolution clause under the contract. b In the case of litigation against key Not Applicable management personnel or its promoter or ultimate person in control, regularly provide details of any change in the status and / or any development in relation to such proceedings; c In the event of settlement of the Not Applicable, as the matter has been decided by the proceedings, details of such settlement Hon'ble High Court by way of a judicial order and does including -terms of the settlement, not pertain to a settlement of the proceedings compensation/penalty paid (if any) and impact of such settlement on the financial position of the listed entity The said notice has been issued in the name of Sterlite Technologies Limited. The case details mentioned hereinabove pertain to the Global Services Business vertical of Sterlite Technologies Limited which has been demerged into STL Networks Limited with effect from close of business hours of March 31, 2025.
