20th August 2026 National Stock Exchange of India Limited BSE Limited Scrip Code – National Stock Exchange of India Limited: SIEMENS EQ BSE Limited: 500550 Sub: Information pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with sub-para 8 of Para B of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 14th November, 2024, Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated 31st December, 2024 and Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/25 dated 25th February, 2025 issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India titled “Industry Standards Note on Regulation 30 of LODR Regulations”, this is to inform the following: This is with reference to the Company's initial disclosure dated 20th September, 2025 regarding receipt of a show cause notice (“SCN”) issued by the Joint Commissioner, Central GST & Excise, Vadodara I Commissionerate proposing levy of GST amounting to Rs. 34,83,00,000/- along with applicable interest and penalty under Section 74 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 in relation to transfer and assignment of the Company's leasehold interest in the property located at Halol, Gujarat. The SCN was quashed by the Hon’ble Gujarat High Court, which was reported by the Company on 27th November, 2025. The GST Department thereafter filed a Special Leave Petition (SLP) before the Hon'ble Supreme Court challenging the order of the Hon’ble Gujarat High Court. The Hon’ble Supreme Court has dismissed the SLP. Accordingly, the litigation stands concluded in favour of the Company. The order was received by the Company at around 3:30 p.m. on 20th August, 2026.
