In this regard, we wish to inform that Prataap Snacks Limited (“the Company”) has executed a Share Purchase Agreement with the Target Company and existing shareholder(s) of the Target Company for acquisition of 100% of the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Target Company on August 19, 2026. The details of the above acquisition (as required to be furnished pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026) were provided vide our earlier intimation dated August 01, 2026.
