Ref.: Disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015
Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read
with Para B (Items 1, 2 and 3) of Part A of Schedule III thereto, we wish to inform the Exchange that the Company
has successfully commissioned a dedicated copper wire drawing and copper cable manufacturing line at its
integrated manufacturing complex at Village Vadadala, Phase-II, Savli, District Vadodara, Gujarat, and that
commercial production at the said line has commenced with effect from August 20, 2026.
The line has an installed capacity of 1,500 MT per month of copper cables and is designed for cables used in
applications with high power intensity and high current-carrying requirements, including data centres, power
plants and industrial installations. The scope of the line includes in-house drawing of copper wire from copper wire
rod, thereby integrating conductor manufacture within the Company’s own facility.
The Company has hitherto been primarily a manufacturer of aluminium-based cables and conductors. The
commissioning of this line marks the Company’s entry into copper-based cables, being a higher realisation product
segment, and enables the Company to offer its customers a complete cable package across both aluminium and
copper conductors. The same does not constitute a change in the general character or nature of the business of
the Company.
The details in respect of the aforesaid event are set out in Annexure A. The Press Release issued in this regard is
also enclosed herewith in Annexure B.
This intimation is also being hosted on the website of the Company at www.dicabs.com in terms of Regulation 46
of the Listing Regulations.
You are requested to take the above on record.
Thanking you,
Yours sincerely,

PRESS RELEASE
Diamond Power enters copper cables with commissioning of a dedicated copper wire drawing and cable
manufacturing line
New line adds 1,500 MT per month of copper cable capacity, targeted at data centres, power plants and other
high power-intensity applications
Vadodara, August 20, 2026: Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited (BSE: 522163 | NSE: DIACABS), which
manufactures power cables and transmission conductors under the DICABS brand, today announced that it has
commissioned a dedicated copper wire drawing and copper cable manufacturing line at its integrated
manufacturing complex at Vadadala, Savli, Vadodara, Gujarat. Commercial production at the line has commenced.
The line has an installed capacity of 1,500 MT of copper cables per month and is built for cables used in applications
with high power intensity — principally data centers and power plants, along with other heavy industrial
installations where very high currents must be carried within constrained cable routes.
The commissioning marks Diamond Power’s entry into the copper cable segment. Until now, the Company has
primarily focused on manufacturing aluminium-based cables and conductors. The addition of copper cables will
enable the Company to expand its product portfolio and cater to the broader cable requirements of its existing
customers across both aluminium and copper applications, thereby strengthening its market presence and
customer engagement.
Importantly, the facility integrates copper wire drawing in-house: copper conductor will be drawn from wire rod
within the Company’s own plant and taken through to the finished cable, giving Diamond Power direct control over
conductor quality, consistency and cost across the copper range.
Commenting on the development, Mr. Kavish Shah, Vice President, Corporate Strategy, Diamond Power
Infrastructure Limited, said:
“Our customers have been asking us for a single source across both aluminium and copper. Until now we
could serve only a part of that requirement. With this line we can offer the complete cable package — and
we are entering copper at the point where demand is strongest and most demanding, in data centres and
power plants. This is a deliberate step up the value chain: higher specification, higher realisation, and a
segment where quality and delivery reliability decide the order. It also sits naturally alongside the
capability we have built in medium
