Sub: Update on pending litigation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations
and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
This is to inform that further to the Demand Order issued by the Karnataka GST Department,
the Company has received an Appeal Order on 6th July 2026.
Accordingly, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-
1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023, an update on the pending litigation, disclosed earlier
on 31st December 2024, is enclosed as “Annexure-1”.

Sl. Particulars Details
1. The details of any change in the status and / The Company received a demand order
or any development in relation to such from the Karnataka GST Department on
proceedings; 30th December 2024, mentioning a penalty
amounting to Rs. 9,89,064/- under Section
129(3) of the SGST Act/Rules, 2017, for the
fiscal year 2024-25. The said order was
issued due to a discrepancy involving an
E- Waybill and an Invoice (as per the said
Order).
To that, the Company filed an appeal
along with the necessary supporting
documents within the required timeframe.
The Joint Commissioner of the LGSTO 38
in Bengaluru, Karnataka, reviewed the
Company’s submission and issued an
Appeal Order dated 1st July 2026 (received
by the Company on 6th July 2026 at 10:30
am). According to the said Order, the
penalty amount got annulled.
In the case of litigation against key
management personnel or its promoter or
ultimate person in control, regularly provide
details of any change in the status and / or
any development in relation to such
proceedings
in the event of settlement of the
