1. Date of 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, is fixed to be held on Friday, 25th September 2026
at 15:00 Hrs. (IST) through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
2. Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 19th
September 2026 to Friday, 25th September 2026 (both days inclusive).
