Subject: Notice of the 32nd Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) and Integrated
Annual Report for FY 2025-26 of Intec Capital Limited (‘the Company’)
Reference: Regulation 30, 34 and 36 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with circulars issued by Ministry
of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India
This is in furtherance of our letter dated August 12, 2026 wherein the Company had informed
about the 32nd AGM of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026
at 12:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (‘VC/OAVM’),
in accordance, with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and
Securities and Exchange Board of India. In this regard, we wish to inform the following:
1. Pursuant to the said circulars, AGM Notice and Integrated Annual Report for the financial
year 2025-26 are being sent through electronic mode to all the Members whose email ids
are registered with the Company/Registrar and Transfer Agent (‘RTA’)/Depository
Participant (‘DP’). Additionally, a physical letter has been dispatched to those
shareholder(s) whose email IDs are not so registered, providing the web-link and the exact
path where the complete details of the Annual Report are available. These documents are
also available on the website of the company and can be accessed through the following
