Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’) – Update on the
Temporary Disruption of Operations at Sanand Plants, Gujarat
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing
Regulations and with further reference to our letter bearing sc no. 18960 dated July 27, 2026,
wherein we had informed the Exchanges regarding the temporary disruption of operations at
the Company's Plants at Sanand, Gujarat as well as at its suppliers' facilities in and around
Gujarat due to flooding caused by heavy rainfall, we wish to inform you that normalcy of
operations at the aforesaid facilities of the Company and suppliers has been restored.
In this regard, we are enclosing herewith relevant details as required under the SEBI Listing
Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-
POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 as Annexure A.

by the listed entity for the loss/damage non-material (<Rs.30 cr)
2. The actual amount of damage caused While the actual amount of damage
due to the natural calamity or other force is being ascertained, it will be
majeure events non-material (Rs.35 cr – Rs.40 cr)
3. Details of steps taken to restore Once the flood water receded, all
normalcy and the impact of the natural necessary steps were taken to restore
calamity/other force majeure events on normal operations in the Plant. The
production or service, financials of disruption has no material impact on
the entity the operations and/or financials of
the Company.
