Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Company has fixed Friday, 28" August,
2026 as the ‘Record Date” to determine the names of the Members entitled to receive
dividend for the financial year ended 31*' March, 2026, if approved at the forthcoming
Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid
electronically within a week from the conclusion of AGM.
Further, pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Register of Members and
the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 29" August,
2026 to Saturday, 5‘° September, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM.
