The said re-appointment had earlier been approved by the Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. The disclosures required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with the applicable SEBI Circulars, were already submitted to the Stock Exchange vide our intimation dated April 30, 2026.
