Dr. Mamata Biswal (DIN: 07156141) has confirmed that she meet the criteria of 'independence' under Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013, and Regulation 16 of the Listing Regulations. Further, she also confirmed that she has not been debarred from holding office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any such authority. Reason for change viz The Board of Directors, based on the appointment, reappointment, recommendation of the Nomination and resignation, removal, death or Remuneration Committee, approved the otherwise appointment of Dr. Mamata Biswal as an Additional Director (Independent Director, Non-Executive) of the Company. 2. Brief Profile (in case of Dr. Mamata Biswal is a Professor of Law appointment) and ICSSR Senior Research Fellow at Gujarat National Law University, with over 25 years of teaching and research experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Law, LL.M. in Commercial Law (Corporate and Business Law), and a B.Sc. (Honours), and has qualified UGC-NET. She has also been a Visiting Scholar at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, USA. She has served as a resource person for various State and national-level training programmes for Grade A officers of IFSCA, CBI Law Officers Capacity Building Programme, Probationary Officers (5th Batch) of the Indian Corporate Law Service, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GNLU Indian Business & Commercial Laws Academy (GIBCLA), the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India Awareness Programme etc. She also served as course coordinator and resource person for different certificate courses on Corporate Governance, Company Law 2013, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, Financial Market Laws etc. She has authored numerous research papers, articles and books and has been invited as a speaker, expert and panelist by numerous national and international institutions. Her distinguished academic and research contributions have significantly enriched the field of legal education. 4.
