In this regard, the Company appeared before the Hon’ble CESTAT today and noted that the appeal filed by the Customs Department has been dismissed as withdrawn. The order is yet to be uploaded on the CESTAT website. The detailed disclosure required pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed Annexure-A.
