Scrip Code: 524774 Symbol: NGLFINE Sub: Corrigendum to the 45th Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-2026 Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that, with reference to our communication dated July 31, 2026, wherein the Company submitted its Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 (“Annual Report”), along with the Notice for the 45th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”), scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio-Visual Means ("OAVM"), an inadvertent typographical error has been identified in the Annual Report. This corrigendum is being issued to inform the shareholders of the Company regarding an inadvertent typographical error in the non-statutory portion of the Annual Report, specifically on page 26 under the section “Corporate Social Responsibility”, wherein the unit of measurement against certain CSR amounts was inadvertently mentioned as “Crores” instead of “Lakhs.” The said inadvertent typographical error is confined to the non-statutory portion and has no impact on the financial statements of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2026. This corrigendum should be read in conjunction with the Annual Report.
