Kellton Tech Solutions Limited has formed a strategic joint venture with Action Energy Company K.S.C.P. to accelerate AI-led energy transformation across the GCC region. The joint venture will provide digital oilfield solutions and services, including the deployment of Kellton's OPTIMA platform, and will have an initial term of five years, renewable for successive three-year periods.
