– Judgment passed by the General Division of the High Court of the Republic of Singapore
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), read with Part A of Schedule III thereto, we wish to inform
the Exchange that SVA India Limited (“the Company”), being a Defendant in proceedings before the General Division of
the High Court of the Republic of Singapore, has received a Judgment for Failing to File a Notice of Intention to Contest
or Not Contest dated 12 August 2026 in Case No. HC/OC 640/2026, wherein Brightmax Singapore Pte. Ltd. is the
Claimant and the Company is the Defendant.
Pursuant to the said Judgment, the Court has directed the Company to make payment to the Claimant towards the
claim, together with applicable interest and costs.
Company is examining the order and after consultation with the legal advisors, will take appropriate action in the matter
