Shiva Mills Ltd has announced a special window for transfer and dematerialisation of physical shares, allowing eligible shareholders to re-lodge transfer deeds lodged prior to 1st April, 2019, and which were rejected/returned/not attended to due to deficiency in the documents/process/or otherwise. This facility is available for one year from 5th February, 2026 to 4th February, 2027.
