Harigovind Krishnasamy has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (Designate) with immediate effect, and will assume the office of Chief Financial Officer effective October 1, 2026. Suraj Prasad will transition to Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer, also effective October 1, 2026. The appointments mark a deliberate step in Digitide's next chapter — one built on sharper focus, disciplined capital allocation, and a conviction that sustainable value comes from doing the right things well, not simply doing more. As the company strengthens its core, accelerates its AI and Digital capabilities, deepens its international presence, and pursues selective build, partner, and acquire opportunities, these two mandates are designed to turn that strategy into outcomes stakeholders can see and measure. Harigovind Krishnasamy joins as Chief Financial Officer (Designate) with immediate effect and will assume the office of Chief Financial Officer effective October 1, 2026. He brings over 21 years of finance leadership experience across large conglomerates and high- growth digital businesses, including more than five years of international experience. He has served as Chief Financial Officer of Matrimony.com Limited and of Indiavidual Learning Limited, the entity operating Embibe, the edtech business within the Reliance Jio group, and has previously held senior finance roles at Vedanta, DEN Networks, and Jio Platforms. He is a Chartered Accountant and has completed all three levels of the CFA Program. Suraj Prasad, who has served as Chief Financial Officer since the company's demerger and listing, will lead Strategy and Corporate Development effective October 1, 2026, with a mandate spanning portfolio transformation, M&A, strategic investments, and investor relations. He will continue to discharge his responsibilities as CFO until September 30, 2026, ensuring a seamless transition alongside Harigovind's designate period.
