Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Company has received a show cause notice from
Office of Assistant Commissioner, Central GST and Central Excise, Audit Commissionerate,
Vadodara under Section 65 of CGST Act, 2017
The show cause notice is issued under Section 74 of CGST Act, 2017 for the non reversal of
ITC on stock difference relating to the audit period April 2020 to March 2024
The Company will be submitting its response to the show cause notice before authority
within prescribed timelines. The company firmly believes that the financial implication, if
any, that may arise out of this is likely to be very insignificant and will not have any material
impact on the financial position of the Company.
The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-
POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026 is enclosed as "Annexure - A".
