The Company raised an amount of ₹29,80,63,471/- (Rupees Twenty-Nine Crores Eighty Lakhs Sixty-Three Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy-One only) in one tranche, by assignment of Vehicle-finance receivables aggregating to ₹33,11,81,634/- (Rupees Thirty- Three Crores Eleven Lakhs Eighty-One Thousand Six Hundred and Thirty-four only). This is the third Securitization transaction carried out by the Company during FY 2026-27. The entire pool is from the non - priority sector and has been taken after considering the guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India in this regard.
