On account of the settlement, the aforesaid petitions and the applications filed with the petition along with all the allegations amongst the parties, have been consequently withdrawn before the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench. (received by the Company today, i.e., on August 19, 2026) In this regard, the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench, vide its order dated August 17, 2026 , has taken on record the settlement arrived at between the parties and disposed-off/allowed the withdrawal of the respective proceedings in terms of the settlement. The application filed by SS-LLP against SILRES under Section 65 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 also stands withdrawn/disposed-off; 3. The Oppression & Mismanagement petition filed by the Company against SILRES before the Hon'ble NCLT, Chennai Bench, under Sections 241 and 242 of the Companies Act, 2013, has likewise been withdrawn/disposed-off, along with all the allegations therein, pursuant to the settlement between the parties.
