inform that the Company has received a favourable Order-in-Appeal under Section 107(11) of the CGST Act
against the Order-in-Original (OIO) pertaining to the alleged non-payment of GST under the Reverse Charge
Mechanism (RCM) on ocean freight amounting to ₹1,19,167 for the period July 2017 to March 2020.

Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated
January 30, 2026, set out below:
