Q1 FY27 - Financial Highlights Business Highlights • The Company continued to deliver a steady performance, with total revenue from operations at ₹155.1 crore for the quarter. EBITDA for the quarter came in at ₹ 24.1 crores and the Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹8.9 crore. • Business environment remained dynamic marked by a sharp escalation in key raw materials prices of Sulphur and Chlorine. The company also withheld temporary challenges like elevated freight cost, increase in transit time and constrained vessel availability. • The company continues to work on expanding its product portfolio by adding non-acid and non-alkyl chloride chemistries, with a focus on developing innovative, higher-value-added products and strengthening its presence across existing customers and new end-user markets. At present are working on adding two polymers, one textile & polymer modifier, coatings & adhesives additives. • The Company is planning to add another site for which options are being explored. The Company has recently expressed interest in acquisition of land in Odisha which has been approved by the Odisha Government. • Focused on strengthening operations through best practices, research-led innovation, and geographic expansion to drive sustainable long-term growth. • Going ahead, the Company remains cautiously optimistic amid the evolving macroeconomic environment, particularly given the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the West Asia conflict and its potential impact on global demand and supply conditions.
