She has also contributed to training and development in the education sector. Her experience across multiple boards and corporate functions reflects her familiarity with regulatory requirements, governance standards, and fiduciary responsibilities applicable to Independent Directors. She does not, to the best of available information, appear to have any disqualifications under the Companies Act, 2013, and is capable of exercising independent judgment in the interest of the Company.
