To ensure a smooth transition in the statutory audit function and to facilitate an orderly handover of audit responsibilities, Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP shall act as Joint Auditors of the Company along with the present Auditors, viz., Nayan Parikh & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 107023W), until the conclusion of the 67th Annual General Meeting and thereafter, continue as the Auditors of the Company until the conclusion of the 71st Annual General Meeting.
