Bharat Electronics Ltd has published an addendum to the notice of its 72nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on 28 August 2026. The company has finalized the basis of allotment for the issue of equity shares to individual and non-individual investors. The equity shares will be credited to the beneficiary accounts of successful applicants, subject to validation of account details with the concerned depositories. The company is taking steps to get the equity shares admitted for trading on the BSE SME platform within 3 working days from the closure of the issue.
