Ref.: Regulation 30 & 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI
Listing Regulations”)
The 18th (Eighteenth) Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on
Friday, September 11, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (“VC/OAVM”).
We enclose herewith the Notice of the 18th AGM of the Company and Annual Report 2025-26. The same is being sent
electronically today i.e. August 19, 2026, via email to all the Members whose email addresses are registered with the
Company/ Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (“RTA”) i.e. KFin Technologies Limited or their respective Depository
Participants. Physical copies of the 18th AGM of the Company and Annual Report 2025-26 will be provided to the
Members upon their request.
Further, pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company will be sending a letter to Members
whose email addresses are not registered with the Company/ RTA/ Depositories, providing the web-link and QR code
from where the 18th AGM of the Company and Annual Report 2025-26 can be accessed.

• The Company has fixed cut-off date as Friday, September 4, 2026 to determine the eligibility of members to vote
by electronic means (i.e. remote e-voting) and e-voting during the AGM.
• The remote e-voting facility would be available during the following period:
e-Voting – start time, day and date From 9:00 a.m. (IST) on Monday, September 7, 2026
e-Voting – end time, day and date Up to 5:00 p.m. (IST) on Thursday, September 10, 2026
The facility of casting votes by a member using remote e-voting system as well as e-voting during the AGM will be
provided by NSDL. Please refer to the Notice of the AGM for detailed procedure of casting the votes through e-voting.
