Sanathan Textiles ensures that its facilities are progressively aligned with accessibility standards. However,
due to the operations heavy nature of textile manufacturing and the specific physical demands of operating
heavy machinery, the factory premises are currently not fully accessible. While employment at production
sites is contingent upon medical examinations tailored to these operational safety requirements, the Company
continues to evaluate infrastructure enhancements to improve inclusivity where operationally feasible.
