To ensure a smooth transition in the statutory audit function and facilitate an orderly handover of audit responsibilities, Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP shall act as Joint Auditors of the Company along with the present Auditors, viz., Nayan Parikh & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 107023W), until the conclusion of the 43rd Annual General Meeting and thereafter, continue as the Auditors of the Company until the conclusion of the 47th Annual General Meeting.
