Dear Sir/Madam, In continuation of our earlier disclosure dated August 6, 2026, the Company is pleased to inform the shareholders and the Stock Exchanges that power generation from its 1 MW (AC) Captive Ground Mounted Solar Power Project has commenced successfully. The commencement of power generation marks the successful completion of the Company's renewable energy initiative, following the completion of the requisite statutory approvals, infrastructure development, installation, testing and commissioning activities. The solar power project is now operational and generating power for captive consumption at the Company's manufacturing facility situated at Kadi, Gujarat, marking its successful transition from the implementation and commissioning stage to actual operations. The project is expected to support the energy requirements of the manufacturing facility and contribute to the integration of renewable energy into the Company's manufacturing operaticris. The successful operationalization of the project further reflects the Company's continued focus on strengthening its manufacturing infrastructure and adopting sustainable energy solutions as part of its long-term business strategy.
