We wish to inform you that the 32nd AGM of the Company will be held on Monday, September 28, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Tuesday, September 08, 2026 as the “Record Date” for the purpose of determining the entitlement of Members to receive the aforesaid final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The payment of such dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, shall be paid to the members, on or before Monday, October 26, 2026 and will be made subject to deduction of tax at source.
