Except for the uniform revision in the maximum ex-factory prices of the Jute bags supplied by Jute Mills to the State Procurement Agencies for the period specified in the notifications, all other terms and conditions of the orders / contracts remain unchanged. The value or the expected impact in terms of value on sales realisation arising from such price revision in respect of supplies made by the Company for the period stated in the notifications is expected to exceed the threshold specified in Regulation 30(4)(i)(c) of the Listing Regulations, necessitating disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations as provided in Annexure A attached herewith.
