Mr. Bajoria was earlier appointed as a Director (Non-Executive, Independent) of the Company with effect from August 6, 2026. However, his appointment could not be placed before the members for regularisation at the Annual General Meeting held on August 18, 2026, as the Notice convening the said Annual General Meeting had already been dispatched. Consequently, his office as Director ceased upon conclusion oft he said Annual General Meeting. The Board has accordingly considered and approved his appointment as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five consecutive years with effect from August 18, 2026, subject to approval of the members, as applicable.
