Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that M/s. AG Shah & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries, Secretarial Auditor of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the position of Secretarial Auditor of the Company with effect from 10th August, 2026, vide resignation letter dated 31st July, 2026. As stated in the resignation letter, the resignation has been tendered due to pre-occupation with other professional work. Disclosure as per SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular along with Letter of Resignation is enclosed herewith. We further wish to clarify that the delay in filing the aforesaid intimation with the Stock Exchange was due to an inadvertent administrative oversight. We further clarify that the resignation of the Secretarial Auditor is not attributable to any material matter, disagreement, qualification or adverse observation. There has been no intentional withholding, suppression or misrepresentation of any material information by the Company or its management. The delay in disclosure was purely inadvertent and administrative in nature.
