Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), we wish to inform you that Astra Space Technologies Private Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Astra Microwave Products Limited, has received approval from the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, for conversion of the company from a Private Limited Company to a Public Limited Company. Consequent to the said approval, the name of the Subsidiary Company has been changed from Astra Space Technologies Private Limited to Astra Space Technologies Limited (“ASTL”), with effect from 19th August, 2026. It is further confirmed that there is no change in the shareholding of Astra Microwave Products Limited in ASTL pursuant to the conversion, and ASTL continues to remain a wholly owned subsidiary of Astra Microwave Products Limited.
