IRDAI, vide its communication dated August 19, 2026, has approved the following: (i) Re-appointment of Ms Vibha Padalkar (DIN: 01682810) as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer for a further term of 5 (five) years with effect from September 12, 2026; and (ii) Re-appointment of Mr Niraj Shah (DIN: 09516010) as Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer for a further term of 5 (five) years with effect from April 26, 2026. It may be noted that the Shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on July 16, 2026 had also approved the above proposals with requisite majority.
