Further, he will be relieved from the duties w.e.f. close of business hours (IST) on July 24, 2026 and will continue in his current role as Chief Financial Officer & Group Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company until relieved, including conducting the earnings call scheduled for the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, to be held on July 24, 2026. The Company is in the process of appointing a new Chief Financial Officer and the same will be communicated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
