Particulars details pertaining to the Demand-cum-show cause notice 1. brief details of The matter pertains to a Show Cause cum Demand Notice litigation viz. received from the Office of the Joint Commissioner, Central Tax name(s) of the (Audit), Kolkata on 18th August, 2026 issued under Section 74 of opposing party, the CGST Act 2017 read with the corresponding provisions of court/ WBGST Act 2017, in relation to alleged: tribunal/agency where litigation is 1. Availment of blocked/Ineligible Input Tax credit (ITC) for the filed, brief details of period FY 2020-21 to 2023-24. dispute/litigation 2. Excess Availment of Input Tax Credit (ITC) for the period FY 2020-21 based on Form GSTR-9. 3. Excess Availment of Input Tax Credit (ITC) arising from mismatch between Form GSTR-3B and Form GSTR-2A for the period FY 2020-21. 4.
