S R B C & CO LLP, the erstwhile Statutory Auditors of the Company (details of the resignation have already been informed vide our Letter under Ref No. COSEC/076/2026-27 dated 14th August 2026). The Company shall seek approval from Members of the Company in due course and within prescribed timelines, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
