Kane, Chief Execu(cid:415)ve Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) will be superannua(cid:415)ng from the services of the Company with effect from the closure of the business hours on September 30, 2026; 3. Based on the recommenda(cid:415)on of the Nomina(cid:415)on and Remunera(cid:415)on Commi(cid:425)ee of the Company, appointment of Mr. Rajashekar Venkat as Chief Execu(cid:415)ve Officer – Mr. Rajashekar Venkat shall assume the role of CEO of the Company (Key Managerial Personnel), with effect from October 01, 2026. 4. Appointment of M/s. C. B. Modh & Co., Cost & Management Accountants (FRN: 101474) as the Cost Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2026-27, upon recommenda(cid:415)on of the Audit Commi(cid:425)ee, pursuant to the provisions of Sec(cid:415)on 148 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable provisions, if any, read with Companies (Cost Records and Audit) Rules, 2014.
