Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the Auditor’s Report thereon; and 2. Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon. As mentioned in our earlier intimations, the delay in submission of the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 and quarter ended 30.06.2026 is due to the ongoing labour unrest at the Company’s farm facility, which affected the compilation and verification of financial information. Consequently, the Statutory Auditors could not complete the audit process within the prescribed timeline. Further, in continuation of our previous intimation dated 26.06.2026, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall continue to remain closed till August 26, 2026 (both days inclusive) and shall reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of the aforesaid financial results to the Stock Exchange.
