Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), we hereby inform you that Mr. Anish Goel has tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Key Managerial Personnel ("KMP") of the Company, owing to his decision to pursue another professional opportunity. The Board of Directors, at its meeting held today, has duly considered and accepted his resignation, which shall be effective from the close of business hours on July 31, 2026. Accordingly, Mr. Anish Goel will cease to hold the aforesaid positions with effect from the close of business hours on July 31, 2026. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed herewith as Annexure A. The resignation letter along with detailed reason for resignation received from Mr. Anish Goel is enclosed herewith as Annexure B. Further, upon resignation Mr. Anish Goel shall also cease to be Key Managerial Personnel authorised for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to stock exchange(s) in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations with effect from the close of business hours of July 31, 2026.
