Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) and 53 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, as amended, read together with the circulars and notifications issued thereunder
("Listing Regulations"), please find enclosed herewith the 30th Annual Report for the financial year
2025-26 of the Company.
In compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the SEBI (LODR)
Regulations, 2015, MCA Circulars and SEBI Circulars, the 30th Annual Report of the Company
for the Financial Year 2025-26 together with Notice of 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is
being sent to all the members and debenture holders of the Company whose email addresses are
registered with the Company or Depository Participant(s).
Cut-off date for E-Voting & Remote E-Voting Period: - The Members, whose names appear in the
Register of Members / Beneficial Owners as on the Record Date (Cut Off Date) i.e. Thursday, July
23, 2026, will be entitled to cast their vote electronically. The remote e-voting period begins on
Monday 27th July, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. (IST) and ends on Wednesday 29th July, 2026 at 5:00 P.M
(IST).
The 30th Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 is also being made available on the website
of the Company at www.mangalamworldwide.com.
