The Issue Size is ₹4,950 lakhs and, in terms of Regulation 173A of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended (“SEBI ICDR Regulations”), the appointment of a monitoring agency is not mandatory for the Issue. However, with a view to ensuring an independent monitoring mechanism for the utilisation of the Net Proceeds of the Issue and enhancing transparency in the utilisation of funds, the Company has voluntarily appointed Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited as the Monitoring Agency for the Issue. The Company considers that the appointment of the Monitoring Agency, although not mandatory for the Issue, will provide an additional level of oversight and transparency in relation to the utilisation of the Net Proceeds. Infomerics has provided its consent to act as the Monitoring Agency for the proposed Issue being a SEBI-registered credit rating agency. The Monitoring Agency will monitor the utilisation of the Net Proceeds of the Issue in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI ICDR Regulations and other applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.
