Sub.: Allotment of Equity Shares under the Employees Stock Option Plan of the Company
Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the
Executive, Borrowings and Investment Committee of the Board of Directors has allotted 26,102
Equity shares of ₹10/- each to 11 employees, who had exercised their Options under CAGL
Employees Stock Option Plan - 2011.
The allotted ESOP shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company
in all respects.
